I have a social etiquette (home modeling?) question. Let's say you don't own 10+ vases that remotely go together. Is it all right to display all your red and yellow roses in mismatched vases? Big ones, small ones, etc.?

I really didn't think this through when I ordered a hundred flowers.

...Actually I'd just like to check up on all of my friends after that virus, to see how everyone is doing.

I think maybe you could as long as you don't keep them all in one room.

I'm feeling a lot better. I think the virus took pity on us.

Was there a virus?

I hadn't noticed.

[Come to think of it, where's Diarmuid been the last few days?

You coordinate your vases.

[Okay, so this forum thing won't go away. She might as well use it until she can get the thing off her laptop.]

You know, the fashion police, not a real thing. Even if they were, I doubt they'd care about your furniture.

Sounds like the temple is Easter in Rotterdam if you need that many vases. As for the mismatched bit, it can be tasteful if done right...I wouldn't cluster ten vases together or line them up. Clustering three of different sizes together would be okay...or if you have a shelving unit that acts like miniature stairs. It can be done.
