I finally received a letter back from the Mage's Association? I sent that letter to them in August, it certainly took them a long time to-

Wait, I have a letter from the Mage's Association.

...Someone give me courage to open this. Aside from the concerns over whether or not it could explode, I'm really not certain what it's going to say. They addressed it to me by name, is that a good sign? That is a good sign, right?

[After clicking on the video, Issei unfolds the envelope and pulls out the letter, which is about as dignified as you'd expect from the Mage's Association. He runs his finger over the text, mouthing a few words here and there, and his expression turns more and more incredulous as he gets further on.]

No, there's not. I can't be sure that they're completely being truthful, but I have hope. I might be able to keep my city safe from the machinations of magi.

You can't go out and see anyone and you can't have anyone visit. You are thus prevented from ever seeing anyone in a social context. Isn't that what I'm hearing from you?

I'm well aware. I was also at the wedding of a Servant and visited her daughter when she was in the crib.

A Servant from the fifth war used to be a member here. In the two years she was a part, she met a man - a good friend of mine - married, and had a beautiful daughter.

I am not suggesting that you talk to people solely to find a date, of course. I am suggesting that being a Servant does not preclude you from companionship.

That's...quite an extreme deviation from normal. And at any rate, I really have no wish to do anything but what I was summoned for. My job is to simply win the Holy Grail for my Master.
