Notes for Psychics: Issei is extremely normal, completely human, no special powers or anything. One thing a psychic would pick up is that he's really uncomfortable around girls - he can deal with them over the internet and tries not to show this, but he's definitely afraid of most of them. Also, see the "what not to mention around him" thing.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Most things are. He'll happily talk to you about religion, school, the world, whatever. Feel free to tease him about his personal issues, too~
What's Not Okay To Mention Around Him: Please don't tell him that the man he considers a brother is an accomplice to mass murder. He is, but Issei doesn't know that, and he'll be much happier not knowing that.Also, do not ask too many questions about Caster (Kuzuki's fiancee). Caster has a spell on him (that he knows nothing about) that puts him under her control and makes him attack anyone who asks too much about her. I have no idea how that would work with an NPC Caster, and frankly I don't want him attacking anybody. EDIT: She's dead now, Jim. It's safe to ask about her.
Can I Hack His Journal?:Definitely. You don't even really need hacker skills to do it. EDIT: Now you can only do it with skill. He's taken lessons.
Can He Hack My Journal?: Nope. He's not that good with computers.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/slash/etc?: Ask me first? Issei likes being in his own body, but I love torturing him, so it evens out.
Maim/Murder/Death: Again, ask first. And the answer will probably be no unless it's part of a longer-running plot. Someone remind me, if we ever get a Caster, to talk to her about the whole spell thing.
Kissing/Hugging/Badtouch: Girls probably shouldn't try it. He's afraid of you anyway, and physical contact will make him try to get as far away from you as possible and maybe never speak to you again. Guys... he'll definitely blush. A lot. If he doesn't know you well, he'll probably attempt to put some distance between you and him. If he knows you, he'll just stick to blushing.
Easiest Way To Get On His Good Side: Engage him in intelligent conversation. Issei is pretty shy, but he's a little more outgoing over the internet and likes most people off the bat, really, unless you happen to be a) female or b) a jerk. He'll calm down around a girl after a few conversations with her.
Easiest Way To Get On His Bad Side: Insult Kuzuki (who he thinks of as a brother) or Emiya (who is his closest friend and really obvious crush). Basically, insult anybody who Issei thinks is a friend. Threatening the student body will definitely make him angry.
