[Open RL - Issei's birthday party.]

The temple had a large room with tables and chairs, usually used for meetings between the monks. Right now it had been appropriated for Issei's birthday party, and was full of food and streamers. Guests were milling about, talking to each other and waiting for Issei to arrive.

Which he did, dropping his jaw at the sight. "Wh-what is all this?"

((Feel free to talk to each other and to Issei! Enjoy~))

I haven't had a real birthday party since I was around seven years old. Personally, I can live without them, but it's always nice to have friends over. Besides, who can turn down birthday cake?

No one, that's who! [He laughs.] Shall we enjoy some of it now?

Of course! I certainly do hope it's chocolate. It's my favorite. [She follows Issei to go grab a slice of cake.]

Of course it's chocolate! That's my favorite, two. [Cuts a slice for Naoto.] Here you are.

It is? Well, you certainly have good taste! [She takes the offered slice and thanks the monk.] Who provided the cake? Is it homemade? I do love a homemade chocolate cake.

Midorikawa bought one. I appreciate the effort on her part, even if it isn't homemade. She says she can't cook.
