It's the sudden influx of oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin, adrenaline, and endorphins. It happens to everyone after a really good kiss.

Heh. Er. Well.

That just happens to be the sort of thingummy you feel when you kiss someone you wanted to press lips with. I can state this with proper authority, because I've kissed people I've wanted to, and have also applied labial pressure to people I haven't wanted to, you see. Even before this commu-whatsit.
