I guess this is as good a time as any to introduce Henry to all of you. Isn't he cute? Birkin gave him to me! None of the monks are allergic to him, it's wonderful!

Can't. One of the monks is allergic to hamster hair. We also have monks allergic to cat hair, and goldfish are boring.

Don't test me. I've killed Shadows, too. It's not something I'm proud of, but I can do it, and Birkin is one of the people I would do it for.

As I understand it, these... 'Shadows' were facets of someone's personality that had to be defeated. But I suppose Birkin is every so lucky to have someone like you looking out for him.
